There’s a certain kind of magic that happens when you start leading your business with your energy instead of just your calendar. For me, that shift has been everything.
When I started Blissfully Bronzed, it was about helping people feel confident in their skin. But as I’ve grown — both personally and spiritually — I’ve realized that the glow we create isn’t just on the surface. It’s an energy exchange. It’s a feeling. It’s blissful energy.
From Hustle to Harmony
For a long time, I operated in full “go mode.” Saying yes to everything, squeezing in early mornings and late nights, and pouring from a cup that was bone dry. Sound familiar?
But as I started to explore mindfulness, intuition, and alignment, I began to see that my business deserved to flow with me — not fight against me. Now, I make space for intentional pauses: a deep breath before each client, grounding music in the studio, a few minutes to reset my energy between tans.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about presence.

Every tan, every client interaction, every new product begins with one question: How does this feel energetically?
