Cancellations, No-Shows, & Late Arrivals
I completely understand that life can be unpredictable—especially as a mom of two! I'm more than happy to accommodate changes when possible. However, I kindly ask for respect when it comes to cancellations and rescheduling.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the time to someone else who may need it. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in your deposit being non-refundable to help cover the time I’ve reserved for you.

Deposits
We ask all clients to provide a credit card to secure their appointment time. A 50% deposit is required to book your spray tan.
Late Arrival
If you are more than 7 minutes late, we cannot take your appointment. Everyone reserves and deserves their full 30 minute sunless experience. You may reschedule (1) time - if late again, your deposit will be non-refundable. A new deposit will be required if you’d like to schedule again.
Retouch
If you have a discrepancy regarding the development of your tan, please contact me immediately. If it is determined you need a retouch, We will extend the courtesy within 24 hours of your initial appointment.
