Life Lately: Motherhood, Messy Buns & Building Blissfully Bronzed

Life lately has looked a little like this…

Messy buns that somehow last all day.
Tiny hands pulling at me while I’m answering messages or getting ready for a client.
Moving between mom mode and business mode… sometimes within the same five minutes.

And honestly? I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Being a mom to Leon and Wren is the most beautiful, grounding, chaotic, heart-expanding role I’ve ever had.

But at the same time… I’m also building something.

Something that started as a small idea and has grown into a space where women come to feel confident, taken care of, and like themselves again.

Blissfully Bronzed isn’t just a business to me.
It’s something I’ve poured my heart into—in the in-between moments of motherhood and the quiet moments I choose to keep showing up.

Sometimes it’s the smallest moments that stay with me the most.

Like when I’m getting ready for a client and one of them is wrapped around my leg, or asking me where I’m going… and I say, “Mommy’s going to work.”

And in that moment, it hits me.

I’m building something they’re watching.
Something they’ll grow up remembering.
Something that shows them what it looks like to care for others—but also not lose yourself in the process.

And that means everything to me.

The In-Between Moments

I think there’s this idea that we have to have it all perfectly balanced.

But the truth is… most days feel like a constant shift.

From mom → to business owner → back to mom again.

There are days I feel on top of everything.
And there are days where I’m just doing my best to keep up.

But somewhere in all of that, I’ve learned something really important:

You don’t have to have it all together to take care of yourself.

Why This Work Means So Much To Me

Because I know what it feels like to pour into everyone else.

To be needed all day long.
To put yourself last without even realizing it.

And that’s exactly why I’ve created the experience I have at Blissfully Bronzed.

It’s not just about a spray tan.

It’s about giving you a moment.
A reset.
A little reminder of who you are outside of everything and everyone that needs you.

Because that version of you still matters.

This Season of Life

Spring always feels like a shift.

Not in a dramatic, overnight way… but in a softer, more subtle one.

Like opening the windows.
Letting the light in.
Choosing to feel a little lighter.

And maybe that looks like doing something small for yourself.

Taking the time.
Letting yourself feel good again.

Real Life, Real Glow

Some days I’m in a messy bun, moving through mom life.
Some days I’m in the studio creating custom glows.

Most days… I’m both.

And if you’re in a season where life feels full, busy, a little chaotic—but you still want to feel like you again…

I see you.

Closing

Thank you for being here.
For supporting my small business.
For trusting me with your glow.

It means more than I can put into words.

And if you’ve been needing a sign to take a moment for yourself…

This is it.
